I'm Thomas Harris, an award-winning Creative Director living in Houston, Texas. I run a small in-house, cross-functional creative team focused on building a better customer brand experience for the travel insurance division at AIG. Over the years, I have directed the creation of international travel insurance campaigns that educate travelers on managing health and safety risks while traveling.
In my work, I strive to be kind and quality leader with a focus on crafting exceptional customer experiences through brand and design. As Director of Creative and Customer Experience, I work with a team of designers, marketers and user experience professionals to create appealing solutions that solve customer needs and drive growth, helping organizations build seamless creative and customer-centric solutions, where every customer interaction becomes a canvas for meaningful engagement.
But that's not where it stops. Our team stays busy, working in offices in the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific to support Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Partner Marketing and Direct Marketing teams globally.
We manage the day-to-day marketing and sales collateral for airlines, booking partners, travel agents, corporate clients and individual travelers. We control product branding to maintain one cohesive AIG design system. We assemble client proposals, consulting on product marketing, advertisement and user experience. We are responsible for auditing and ensuring brand compliance globally in partnership with Corporate Governance and Trademark Infringement teams. We also oversee internal communications and employee engagement for eight offices around the globe. It's busy work.
Everybody needs time to unwind. So aside from work, I love to travel, soak up the sun, kiki with my besties, mix a healthy number of margaritas, and bake delicious things.
